PBS Commercial - “Chloe”

I was hired by PBS to join a small team of creatives to make a series of short films to encourage audiences to consider donating to help keep them on the air. I worked closely with the PBS team to design the main character and lead a team of 2D animators to bring the story to life. I did my very best to design a main character who encapsulates Chloe's sunny and inquisitive personality, while also keeping the design simple and easy to animate within our designated timeline.

Chloe grew up watching Bill Nye on PBS, who leaps from the TV screen into her classroom to educate her and ignite her passion for marine life. She continues to watch PBS as she grows up and uses her imagination to make all her favorite TV show characters materialize in the real world and become her imaginary friends. They all cheer her on as she pursues her passion and becomes a marine biologist!
